Lydia's new trick!
AND (..drumroll, please....) Yet another "ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME?!" moment. After an incident that happened last week (I'll get to that one later), I haven't been letting the girls be too far away from me for too long. But today, the girls were playing really good and they said they were gonna play beauty shop. So they got out their little bag of combs, brushes, a plastic crimper and a plastic curling iron, etc, so I was bragging about how cute they were being to my mother-in-law on the phone. So she wanted me to look something up online, so I figured, ok, no big deal, they're being good. So then after a few minutes, they came upstairs and were ready to get their play clothes on. I saw that Maya's hair tie wasn't in and it looked like it made her hair stand up funny, but upon further inspection I found out what REALLY happened..............
These 2 things happened last week that made me start keeping a little better of an eye on the girls:
*While I was making dinner, I thought Maya was innocently watching tv in the living room. Little did I know that she had swiped my bottle of water and squirted it all over our big tv! I was beyond livid. Luckily, it has finally dried up.
*At the same time, Lydia snuck upstairs to play on the computer, peed in her pants and decided to take a bath in the sink.
I think I need to write a list of all the stupid crap that happens when I walk away from my kids for a few minutes.
I think I might need to dye my hair tonight.

you have had a crazy time, i was wondering where you have been! hope all is going well, except for that everyday stuff that goes along with having kids!
Oops, I guess I forgot that not everyone can understand Maya's version of English! Lydia did it.
She has been banned from using scissors....again. This time I found a very high place to put them. Obviously, I trusted her too soon by putting them in a drawer!
Oh No!! But either way she is still so cute. We miss you guys so much. I love reading to catch up. It feels like you are still here. Love ya.
